1. Testing Warranty

All products sold by Multisoft Solutions come with a one-month testing warranty. This allows you to test your purchase for any manufacturing or functional defects within the first 30 days of delivery.

The testing warranty covers only the hardware components of the product.

Any software or user-induced damage is excluded from this warranty.

2. Limited Warranty (When Applicable)

Some of our products may come with an extended limited warranty, depending on the specific product category. The duration of this warranty will be mentioned on the product page or the invoice at the time of purchase.

Coverage Includes:

Hardware failures under normal usage conditions.

Replacement or repair of defective parts during the warranty period.

Exclusions:

Physical damage, liquid spills, or any mishandling by the customer.

Issues related to third-party software installations.

Consumables like batteries and adapters, unless explicitly mentioned.

3. Warranty Claim Process

Inspection: Once your claim is verified, you may be required to ship the product to our service center for inspection. The shipping costs will initially be borne by the customer. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will reimburse the shipping charges.

Repair/Replacement: Upon approval, the product will either be repaired or replaced based on the warranty terms.

4. Important Notes

Products not covered under warranty can still be repaired at our service center for an additional cost.

The warranty is void if the product is tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
