 Under false assumptions that my mother board is gone I came here to get it replaced ,here they performed the complete diagnosis and concluded that my laptop has a faulty processor, excellent service,each and every step is well organized,good behaviour and awesome experience..a must visit place for laptop repair and purchase..

 Had brought an Dell e7490 laptop , which working was working so well , helping me alot , and has good performance, laptop was affordable and lot of feature for that price . And battery performance was exceptional . They told battery backup would be 2hr but could see it's giving me around 6hr usage .  Excellent service and highly technical team at Multisoft , I have dell laptop the authorised Dell service Center and many vendor's failed to fix or replace the motherboard issue for 4 months, I took it to Multisoft's with least hope but they identified the root cause and replaced the right component which resolved the issue, laptop is working fine.  This is an old and reputed shop for computer hardware related requirements. Till a few years ago they were into sales of computers, computers accessories/spare parts/peripherals software like antivirus etc etc also. Both desktops as well as portable computers. However if I am right currently their main area of operations is only the repairs of portable computers and data recovery. This place is run by well educated people who are very professional. At present they operating from a different place because their original place is getting renovated. 

 Had a very bad experiance during my visit. There is no one to care about customers & the lady at the reception was not bothered to ask why I visited the premises. One of the engineer just took my laptop & left it on the table saying another engineer has to come and check. I waited for about 30 min & left the place as there was no attention paid to understand why I visited there. Again, the lady in the reception did not ask why I am leaving. I visited this place after reading good reviews. However, it was just the opposite what I experienced there. 

 Went there on recommendation by a friend. I wanted a used/ refurbished laptop on a low budget. Went there looking for Dell Latitude 7440 and ended up buying 6430. Happy with the treatment and service by Rakesh. I coukd pick one for a lower price than expected. Will post further once I use the laptop for few months. 

 They provide CPUs to wholesale customers but I was a retail customer. They did not even educate me that there is no wifi option available with that CPU and later when I asked, the blame was put on me that I told them I will manage because I have a router. Worst customer service, worst product l. I am stuck with switching my broadband wire to CPU and the router. If you do not sell it to retail customers as per their requirements, just tell. The basic ethics of a business is not to cheat. 21/06/2022 Again, after repeating it several times, the below comment says I was informed about the wifi problem. Also, I had come to buy a CPU and not desktop. Get the facts tight atleast.

 I ordered a motherboard for my old Emachines laptop. I stay in Mumbai and cudnt find a replacement mobo in some of the shops I enquired with. Ordered the mobo on Thursday night, dispatched on Friday and delivered on Monday. Got 60 days warranty too. Definitely recommended 👍 

 i purchsed more then 25 laptop out of 25 laptop 15 laptop got multiple problem within 1 month requested to replace laptop ,but they refused my request. aftwr that i repaired it somewhere else and lost more then 25000 also lost faith and reputation of my firm

 Worst experience...fraud company.. Don't buy any laptop from this shop.... While buying they told, we will give 1 year of free service so i took one lap and also within 8 months lap was not working and i called and asked for free service but they are not providing and more over .... At beginning my laptop only battery was not working bt while they gave back thy intentionally made short circuit to my lap... Now I cnt sale that laptop also 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 please don't waste your valuable money and time. 

 I was guided by Lappy desk (got the number from #JustDial) in BTM phase 2 thay #MultisoftSolutions will have solution to my Microsoft book 2 issue. Not too sure when I checked with a gentleman who called himself to be the manager said no this is not the Multisoft which I was referring to. 1. They do not cater to Microsoft laptops at all 2. The individual at reception is highly rude. 3. They do not have any parking facility available If you have #Microsoft laptop, don't go there. Even if they do not do Microsoft laptops, the manager said they are NOT authorised service centers though they do HP/Dell/Lenovo etc... Which means it would be at owners risk! I was shocked to her this......... 

 It's really good condition second hand laptops are sold, you worth it. I'm sure Because I have purchased 4 laptop for my relatives 1 year back. "0" problem faced t 

 Froud Froud be aware sold Lenovo old laptop within 7 days screen is getting black automatically reason duplicate low quality screen .We have not damaged at all they saying you have damaged 

 I purchased a Dell ssd laptop here. Its been a month since I bought and it's performance is very good. There are no issues. 

 One of the worst service point ... I gave my Laptop for touch pad issue, they said mother board had issues and we repaired, later said touch pad cable issue and we repaired, at the time of delivery they said touch pad issue is not resolved as buttons have issues and they can't repair... Finally gave my laptop back after 10days with same condition and took 1200rs for nothing.. Doing business with half knowledge engineers.. Didn't even clean the Laptop but took 1200 with GST..... Surprised to see Multisoft reply below, I never searched for any cheaper item, they said they dont have stock so I need to get the item... Multisoft always blame customers for their mistakes... They sent same response in whatsapp.. I answered all their false aligations.. I can post whatsapp chat here.

 Gave them laptop for battery and keyboard replacement. Actually there was a problem with corrosion in the mother-board, which was causing the keyboard problem. They were able to successfully diagnose the problem and resolve it.
